Corporate Accountant | Healthcare & Non-Profit Sector

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals.
Assist in the preparation of internal financial reports and analysis for senior leadership.
Ensure accuracy of general ledger activity across multiple departments and funding sources.
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, and grant management teams.
Maintain compliance with internal controls and accounting standards.
Support year-end audit preparation and financial statement reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in a healthcare, non-profit, or complex multi-entity environment.
Strong understanding of GAAP and fund accounting principles.
Proficiency in Excel and experience with ERP or accounting systems (e.g., Lawson, Oracle, or similar).
High level of integrity, attention to detail, and analytical thinking.
