About the Role
The Company is a leading venture capital firm with a focus on transformative investments in the life sciences sector. They are currently seeking an Associate Vice President or Vice President to join their investment team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in sourcing, evaluating, and executing new investments, as well as providing support to portfolio companies. Key responsibilities for this role include leading diligence efforts on new opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, and contributing to firm-wide initiatives. The ideal candidate will have an advanced degree in life sciences, medicine, or a related field, with 5-10 years of experience in venture capital, biotech business development, strategy consulting, or investment banking, and a deep understanding of drug development, clinical strategy, and market dynamics in biotech.
