📝 Summary :
The Procurement team supports all divisions within Mobile and Consumer Electronics, driving vendor management and compliance initiatives. This high-speed, high-intensity role focuses on vendor registration, performance evaluations, and continuous improvement across the Client's indirect procurement operations. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a collaborative mindset.
🛠️ Job Responsibilities :
• Execute procurement strategy to evaluate vendor risk and performance
• Manage indirect vendor registration and performance evaluation processes
• Drive adoption of VERS (Vendor Management Portal) across teams
• Liaise between Procurement, Audit, and internal business units to support strategic initiatives
• Own vendor master records in ERP system
• Generate performance tracking reports using advanced Excel functions
• Design presentations for team projects and status updates
• Coordinate annual performance evaluations for key vendors
• Develop and implement improvement or corrective action plans

• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SAP, Alteryx, and Tableau
• Strong initiative and prioritization skills for managing multiple projects
• High ethical standards and professionalism in managing company expenditures
• Excellent analytical, planning, presentation, and communication skills
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive change
