Kelly Services is seeking a Customer Service/Call Center Specialist to support a thriving and fast-paced organization in Pasadena, CA. This is a 6-month temporary assignment for someone with strong call center or customer service experience whos ready to take the next step in their career.

Requirements:

1. Manage a high volume of inbound calls and correspondence , delivering exceptional customer support.
2. Resolve inquiries efficiently and empathetically, ensuring a positive customer experience.
3. Accurately enter customer data and maintain detailed records in the database.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
5. Handle light administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and envelope packing.
6. Respond to email and phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.

• 1+ year of call center or strong customer service experience is required
• Bilingual in Spanish a must!
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to type at least 35 WPM
• Clear communication, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills
• Background screen required upon job offer acceptance

• Hands-on role where your communication and problem-solving skills truly make a difference
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8AM to 5PM
• Pay rate: $20.00 an hour
