Monitor client usage and satisfaction metrics, identifying opportunities for upselling additional services or features based on their evolving needs. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and product teams to relay client feedback and contribute to product enhancements. Qualifications & Experience 0 to 2 years of experience in customer success management within a B2B SaaS environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Past experience dealing with customers in a workplace setting. Nice to Haves A background as a founding member or early employee at a startup, demonstrating adaptability and self-starting capabilities. A proven track record of managing customer relationships remotely while achieving measurable outcomes. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
