Are you passionate about solving technical challenges and helping others stay connected and productive? DYOPATH is looking for a Desktop Support Analyst I - a hands-on professional who can monitor, maintain, and support desktop and laptop systems on-site while effectively troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

In this role, you'll support the hardware and software systems tied to every endpoint in our client domain. This includes resolving desktop issues, troubleshooting account access problems, and assisting with company software. You'll also collaborate across departments, fostering strategic communication and contributing to long-term, sustainable growth.

The Details
  • Location: On Site in Morrisville, NC 27560
  • Shift: Full Time Monday- Friday
  • Pay: $20/h
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
  • Analyze and resolve hardware and software issues for PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals
  • Provide technical support via in-person, phone, and chat interactions
  • Install, deploy, and maintain hardware and software systems
  • Track and resolve incidents using internal or client ticketing tools within SLA timelines
  • Order hardware parts and coordinate repairs as needed
  • Maintain and update knowledge base articles and documentation
  • Apply system updates, including Microsoft patches, antivirus, and application updates
  • Document procedures and create users-friendly manuals to support self-service
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field, or 4+ years of equivalent experience
  • A+ Certification required
  • Prior experience in a Desktop Support Analyst role preferred

  • Intermediate level knowledge in hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Experience with Microsoft 365
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Sound judgment in providing technical support and resolving issues
  • Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work well in a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
