Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, accrediting bodies, and hospital policies. Develop, implement, and maintain quality assessment and improvement programs.
• Evaluate compliance with federal, state, and industry standards, facilitating remediation processes as necessary. Educate on regulations and coordinate compliance surveys.
• Utilize various applications to identify improvement opportunities, generate reports, and access external databases.
• Oversee the update and maintenance of hospital plans, including care provision, leadership, and patient safety plans. Manage risk-related activities, such as incident reporting and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with departments to coordinate care and swiftly resolve patient concerns.
• Acknowledge and celebrate the achievements of our dedicated employees.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in healthcare or a related field is preferred.
• Licensure or certification as required by state regulations.
• Experience in Quality and/or Risk Management, with responsibilities in performance improvement, regulatory compliance, and leadership activities.
