Ideal Candidate

Team Jtec is looking for an experienced Forklift Technician with at least 2 years' previous forklift technician/mechanic experience and located within a reasonable commute of our office in Mt. Holly, NC. Must be willing to drive daily as this position requires daily out and back travel to customer sites usually within about 100 miles of Charlotte, NC. Candidate must have an acceptable driving record to meet insurability requirements and must be willing to work flexible scheduling including holidays, evenings, and weekends as required in emergency situations.

Summary/Objective

The Forklift Technician is responsible for performing skilled diagnostics, repairs, preventative maintenance, and modifications on industrial equipment including forklifts (LP, gas, diesel, electric), powered pallet jacks, scissor lifts, reach trucks, golf carts, and other material handling vehicles. This role supports manufacturing operations and recycling efforts while ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.
