Job Description

Job Title: Store Manager

We are a large liquidation wholesaler and retail store, approximately 40,000 sq ft, featuring brands such as Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Hooker, Sealy, Serta, Saatva, Bassett, Ergo, Elk Home, Kincaid, and Abbyson.

Compensation: Hourly rate, commissions, and bonuses.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing a team of 2 full-time and 3 part-time warehouse staff, and 2 part-time sales staff.


2. Selling products, performing light bookkeeping, and assisting with posting sales items and advertisements.


3. Open hours are from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Saturday.


4. Creating a relaxed atmosphere; Missy, the French Bulldog, greets customers daily.

Qualifications:

1. Experience in furniture and mattress sales.


2. Some management experience preferred.


3. Strong work ethic and personable personality are essential.
