The opportunity

Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal Guest Service Ambassador to join the team at Highmark Stadium in Orchard Park, New York. As a Guest Service Ambassador, you will be responsible for assisting guests who are using our new self-service kiosks on event days.

Pay

$18.00 - $21.00 / hour

What will you do?

• Meet and greet guests upon their arrival at the venue
• Assist and inform guests on how to properly utilize the self-service kiosks
• Support other concessions and retail team members in need of guidance on the point-of-sale system
• Partner with the human resources department for team member check-ins across departments at the venue
• Ensure team members arriving at check-in have signed in and are aware of their assigned location and responsibilities
• Administer new hire onboarding, alcohol training, job fairs, new hire processing, work events and general office work

• Ability to work accurately, efficiently, and courteously in a high-pressure environment
• High level of interpersonal and organizational skills required
• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work all home games throughout the season, including evenings and weekends
• No experience or diploma required
