Position Summary:
As a Hair Stylist and Hair Replacement Specialist at Valerie's Barber & Beauty, you will contribute to our team's success by delivering a wide range of hair services, with a focus on hair replacement . We are seeking a talented, creative, and compassionate individual who is eager to learn and grow their skills in this specialized field. We are looking for a part-time or full time stylist. We also are renting out a space for a stylist who has their own clientele.
Core Responsibilities:
Provide various hair services, including cutting, styling, coloring etc,
Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and desired outcomes, particularly for hair replacement solutions.
Develop expertise in hair replacement techniques and products, including consultation, application, and maintenance.
Maintain knowledge of current hair trends, techniques, and products related to hair replacement and general hair care.
Promote and sell hair care products and services, meeting sales goals and contributing to salon revenue.
Qualifications:
Certified Hair Stylist with a valid license.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple clients and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Willingness to learn and develop expertise in hair replacement techniques and products.
