Meaningful team and individual project assignments that provide opportunities to gain experience and apply Human Resources (HR) principles. You will receive diversified learning opportunities through on-the-job assignments, utilizing the technical skills that you have acquired in college. This internship will assist you in developing technically and professionally.

A day in the life of a summer intern may look like:

• Assist with HR data analysis and preparation of materials on a variety of projects
• Conduct research to evaluate the effectiveness of current processes and systems
• Complete additional HR projects as assigned. May cover talent acquisition, talent management, policy, employee relations, HR analytics, compensation, benefits and/or other related HR functions
• Assist in coordination and support of various activities such as onboarding, training, and development

• Full-time student
• Pursuing degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or other related
• College level: Sophomore, Junior, or masters student

Conditions of Employment:

• Successfully complete a background check and drug screen
• Must provide own transportation daily from corporate housing to work location
• Presentation of documents establishing identity and permanent U.S. employment eligibility; completion of Federal Employment Eligibility Verification (I-9)
