• Close Sales : Respond to inbound calls/leads, conduct consultations, and close sales to meet personal and team goals.
• Prospect Warm Leads : These are clients that have quoted with our agency providing significant opportunities.
• Well Networked: Our team members should be well networked or able to convert industry professionals into referral partners.

• Associates/Bachelors Degree (We also consider successful work experience)
• Property & casualty insurance license (Will consider the right candidate)
