Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Business Analyst:
Collaborate with internal business units to gather and document requirements, ensuring architects have detailed information for solution development.
Support architects by documenting reusable architectural patterns, processes, and diagrams.
Contribute to establishing formal processes for the newly reorganized Cloud Center of Excellence.
Adapt communication to suit cross-enterprise stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.
Engage in a mix of business analysis and process-oriented tasks, with a strong emphasis on cloud technologies.
Required Skills for IT Business Analyst:
High School Diploma/GED with four years of Business Analyst training/certification and experience, or an Associate's degree with two years of experience.
Proficiency in Azure DevOps and cloud platforms such as Azure or GCP.
Strong communication skills to effectively bridge business and technical needs.
Experience with ITIL-based Service Management tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to analyze requirement specifications and understand application development methodologies.
