Your day to day as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed professional counselor (LPC)

In the Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) position, you will deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based methods tailored to meet the diverse needs of our clients. As a Board Approved Clinical Supervisor (BACS), you will oversee and mentor clinicians, guiding them through effective practices in social work. Your role will also involve conducting comprehensive assessments and developing personalized treatment plans.

You'll coordinate holistic care with community providers and internal teams to ensure comprehensive support for clients in crisis, advocating for their access to essential services. Additionally, you'll actively participate in program development, clinical meetings, and ongoing training to enhance our impact in the community while fostering a compassionate, collaborative culture.
