In this remote position, your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with customers through a high volume of inbound calls—no cold calling or commission. You will assist customers in understanding their unique needs, educate them about coverage options, and recommend products that fit their circumstances. With our technology and systems, you will find the sales process streamlined, allowing you to focus entirely on customer satisfaction.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license.
• A minimum of two years of relevant work experience or two years of post-secondary education.
• For bilingual positions: Fluent in both Spanish and English (reading and speaking).

Schedule: Full-time with a typical mix of weekdays, one weekend day, and evening hours following training.

Work from Home Requirements:

• Dedicated workspace free from noise and distractions.
• High-speed internet connection (at your own expense, unless mandated by law).
• Computer must be physically connected to the router or modem via cable.
• All provided hardware must connect to a surge protector.

Compensation:

• $22.00 per hour.
• Up to 16% annual cash incentive based on company performance.
• An additional 10% for evening or weekend hours worked.
• Extra $1.00/hour for bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish if hired for a specific role.
