Job Description

Superior Executive & Legal Recruiting is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator with strong experience in digital marketing and advertising, particularly within the legal industry for our client. This individual will support both strategic and tactical marketing efforts, including paid media campaigns, social media management, email marketing, content creation, reporting, and more.

 

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is equally comfortable creating a reel for Instagram as they are optimizing a Google Ads campaign.

 

Digital Advertising (35%)

  • Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on ad performance, providing optimization recommendations.
  • Manage retargeting and audience segmentation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align ad messaging with broader marketing goals.

Social Media (20%)

  • Develop and manage the content calendar across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Create and post engaging content including graphics, videos, reels, and captions.
  • Monitor brand mentions and comments, responding in a timely and professional manner.
  • Engage with followers and relevant communities to foster organic growth.
  • Track and report on KPIs (reach, engagement, follower growth, etc.).

Content & Graphic Design (15%)

  • Assist in the creation of branded content such as infographics, social media assets, blog visuals, email graphics, etc.
  • Use tools like Canva, Photoshop, or similar for asset design and layout.
  • Support the creation of short-form video content for social media or paid channels.

Email Marketing & List Management (15%)

  • Manage and update marketing contact lists for segmentation and campaign targeting.
  • Assist in designing and deploying email marketing campaigns.
  • Track open rates, click-throughs, and conversions to assess effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration (10%)

  • Work closely with teams across Intake, Legal, Operations, and Management to ensure brand consistency and marketing alignment.
  • Support project management and timelines across various campaigns and departments.

Community & Brand Building (5%)

  • Identify opportunities to engage with legal communities, influencers, and referral sources.
  • Help foster relationships through content, outreach, and brand partnerships.

 

Skills/ Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the legal, professional services, or agency space.
  • Hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, especially for social and email copy.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Solid understanding of social media algorithms and engagement tactics.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Comfortable analyzing data and making informed, performance-driven decisions.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing integrations (e.g., Zapier, Law Ruler, Salesforce).
  • Background or interest in the legal industry.
