Compensation

• Base Pay Range: $26 – $38 per 60-minute treatment (depending on experience)

• Specialty Services Pay More:

  • Deep Tissue, Sports, Salt Stone: $31 – $43 per 60-minute session

  • Wraps & Advanced Treatments: $31 – $49 per session

  • Ultimate Treatments (80–100 minutes): $35 – $73 per session

• Enhancements & Boosts: Earn an extra $2.50 – $19 each (CBD, cupping, scrubs, Hypervolt, etc.)

• Average Gratuity: ~$22 per treatment

• Typical Total Earnings: $48 – $84+ per 60-minute session (base + gratuity)

• Annualized Range: $38,000 – $70,000+ (based on a 30-hour workweek)

• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $2,000 available

Job Responsibilities

• Providing a variety of massage modality treatments to guests including but not limited to: Signature Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, Salt Stone Massage, Sports Massage, Maternity Massage, and more.

• Set up and closing of the treatment room in preparation for all guest treatments.

• Cleanliness: Responsible for ensuring the treatment room is clean, tidy, and stocked.

• Provide education and sales recommendations to guests as it relates to treatments, membership, and retail products.

• Document guest profile with treatment notes.

• Actively State Licensed Massage Therapists (applicants going through the certification process are encouraged to apply!)
