What You Will Do Own and drive features from conception to completion with a high degree of autonomy Create tasteful, intuitive user experiences that developers love Collaborate across teams to ship impactful products Balance customer relationships with feature development Have plenty of heads-down builder time in a team environment where the best ideas win Work with TypeScript, Next.js, and React to build scalable frontend solutions Ideal Candidate Background 2+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering with frontend emphasis Experience building features from 0 to 1 Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent user design sense and high-level craftsmanship Experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript Strong communication skills and ability to work well on a team Drive to build amazing products and solve problems efficiently Preferred Experience working at early-stage, VC-backed startups Already located in the San Francisco area Familiarity with modern CSS component libraries and design trends Experience with documentation tools or developer-focused products Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary: $140,000 - $200,000 Equity package: 0.1% - 0.3% 20 days paid time off annually 401k benefits Free lunch and dinners $420/month wellness stipend Annual team offsite Visa sponsorship available (O1, TN, and H1B transfers) This role offers a unique opportunity to join a diverse, growth-oriented team (collectively speaking 12 languages!) that values learning velocity and grit.
