Product Manager /Program Manager

Location: Remote

Duration: Long Term

Job Description:

• 🔹 Product Management (50%)
• Define user journeys, requirements, and KPIs for POS, inventory, BOPIS, and merchandise activations.
• Own roadmap creation, write PRDs, and work closely with engineering and QA on aggressive timelines.
• Instrument platform touchpoints with KPIs (e.g., transaction volume, checkout speed, attachment rates) and drive continuous improvements.
• 🔹 Program/Project Coordination (50%)
• Work cross-functionally with Merchandising, Ops, Marketing, Finance, and IT to align on timelines, training, and go-lives.
• Manage vendor relationships, especially with Retail Cloud—handle SLAs, integrations, and onsite execution.
• Coordinate with various teams to ensure seamless delivery and field-readiness.
• Basic Qualifications
• 7+ years of B2B product management, with 3+ years in retail/in-venue tech solutions.
• Strong vendor integration experience (Retail Cloud or similar POS/OMS platforms).
• Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and manage multiple event deadlines.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong analytical skills: KPIs, SLA monitoring, root-cause analysis.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with Retail Cloud, Oracle Retail, Salesforce Commerce, or similar systems.
• Background supporting large-scale events (e.g., FIFA, Olympics, concerts).
• Understanding of omnichannel retail concepts: BOPIS, reserve-and-collect, mobile POS.
• MBA or advanced degree (especially in Ops or Supply Chain).
