Job Description

Ready to Be a Key Player in a Fast-Paced, High-Impact Team?

At L2 Brands, we don’t just make custom apparel and hardgoods — we create standout experiences that strengthen the bond between customers and their favorite schools, brands, and teams. As our Program Manager for the Lease and Strategic Account Team (LSAT) , you’ll be at the center of that mission.

This isn’t your average desk job. You’ll collaborate with some of L2’s largest and most strategic partners to deliver a best-in-class experience — from initial product ideas to finished goods on the shelf (or screen). If you thrive in a role that blends relationship management, project leadership, and cross-functional teamwork, this could be your dream job.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Own the relationship. Be the go-to for select enterprise accounts — supporting them with product presentations, assortment strategy, order management, and all-around partnership excellence.

  • Lead with insight. Use sales data, market trends, and POS reports to guide customers to winning assortments and smarter decisions.

  • Bridge the gap. Be the connector between our external partners and internal teams (art, production, marketing, merchandising, ops, and more).

  • Keep things moving. Manage timelines, lead internal planning meetings, and ensure smooth execution of everything from inventory planning to marketing campaigns.

  • Bring the ideas. Use customer feedback and market research to guide new initiatives that improve sales, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

  • Lead the LSAT crew. Share best practices, mentor junior team members, and help build a high-performing, fun, and collaborative team culture.

What You Bring to the Table:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field

  • 5+ years of corporate experience (apparel or manufacturing industry = major bonus points)

  • Experience with CRM and Business Intelligence tools like Power BI

  • A natural communicator, highly organized, and deeply collaborative

  • A get-it-done attitude with strong critical thinking and problem-solving chops

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment — flexibility is key!

Bonus Points If You…
  • Have experience with EDI and Drop Ship programs

  • Are a PowerPoint wizard with a keen eye for presentation

  • Understand product development, inventory management, and fulfillment cycles

  • Bring creativity and curiosity to everything you do

Why You'll Love Working Here:
  • Impactful work: Your efforts directly affect our biggest customers and our bottom line.

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with nearly every department in the company.

  • Growth mindset: We’re evolving — and we want you to evolve with us.

  • Culture that values YOU: We’re serious about our Core Values, and we live them daily.

The Fine Print:
  • Location: Based in Plymouth Meeting or Hanover, PA

  • Travel: Occasional (1–2 trips per quarter) for trade shows or key customer meetings

  • Work Environment: Professional office with all the tools you need to succeed

Sound like your kind of challenge? Join us at L2 Brands and help shape the future of our strategic partnerships — while having a little fun along the way.
