Minimum 5–10 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on high-end hospitality projects. Proven track record of delivering luxury hotels, resorts, or fine dining establishments. Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and luxury finishes. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam). Experience working with renowned hospitality brands or boutique luxury properties. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in fast-paced environments. Detail-oriented with a passion for excellence and high design standards.
