Job Description We've partnered with a well-established car dealership in Calabasas to recruit a professional and customer-focused Receptionist . This role is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key role in creating a welcoming and organized environment at the dealership. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner Answer and direct incoming calls Manage appointment scheduling and walk-in inquiries Maintain a tidy and organized front desk and waiting area Provide administrative support to sales and service teams as needed Requirements: Previous front desk or receptionist experience preferred (automotive experience a plus) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, national origin, age, ancestry, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, disability, medical condition, genetic information, pregnancy, or military or veteran status.
