Job Description The NetSuite Administrator assists in maintaining effective and scalable solutions across all departments using NetSuite. This position possesses a deep understanding and practical experience in leveraging.
NetSuite's saved search functionality, coupled with the ability to construct and manipulate complex formulas to meet business needs effectively. This position plays a key role in maximizing the efficiency and scalability of the system to support the growth of Rally House.
Responsibilities - Partner with different departments to develop effective solutions that result in efficiency gains
- Manage Release Preview business process testing for ongoing NetSuite upgrades
- Manage and maintain the NetSuite application ensuring it aligns with business needs and objectives
- Manage NetSuite integration with other key business systems, ensuring systems are stable, scalable and secure
- Customize and configure NetSuite to improve workflows, reporting and data output
- Serve as a point of contact for trouble shooting and resolving complex system-related issues, providing advanced technical support to users
- Coordinate with NetSuite support on issues that cannot be resolved internally
- Undertake analysis of user and business requirements, with particular regard to their impact on existing systems and environments, and produce an appropriate business and/or system design
- Leads and supports other team members
Skills and Knowledge Exceptional verbal, writing, and analytical skills, Extensive knowledge of formulas, Extensive knowledge on saved search proficiency, Working knowledge of NetSuite workflows, scripts, custom records and fields
Qualifications Previous experience in a NetSuite Developer or technical administrator role; 3 - 5 years of experience developing and managing NetSuite applications required; Bachelor's degree in IT, accounting, finance, operations or a related field.
Physical - Work is typically performed in an office but projects may sometimes take the employee to a non-standard workplace. Requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards; Must have the ability to lift and carry small parcels, packages and other items up to 25lbs, and to walk short distances.
