Position Summary

The analyst will leverage expertise in SAP SD, OTC processes, and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) to deliver scalable solutions, optimize business workflows, and ensure seamless integration with partners and other systems.

What you'll do

• Gather business requirements for end-to-end RMA / returns processes across Sales Order, Shipping, Billing and Credit.
• Configure SAP SD (document types, item categories, copy control) for returns and reverse-logistics scenarios.
• Design and own EDI integrations (IDoc output/input, X12/EDIFACT mapping) for sales, shipment, and credit transactions.
• Coordinate with CPI middleware team on IDoc–EDI mappings, functional specs and error-handling rules.
• Create test scripts, run integration & UAT cycles, and secure sign-off from business owners.
• Write detailed FS for ABAP enhancements, IDoc extensions and custom reports.
• Drive cut-over and hyper-care; monitor performance of automated RMA flows post-go-live.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must have 10+ years SAP SD, strong OTC returns exposure, hands-on EDI configuration, and proven large-scale rollout experience.
• Min, 5+ years of hands-on SAP SD/OTC configuration and implementation experience.
• Proficiency in EDI/IDOC interfaces and integration (Inbound/Outbound, X12/EDIFACT standards).
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
