This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about social media, up-to-date with viral trends, and excited about making personal finance and credit education more relatable. Responsibilities:

• Create Engaging Content: Produce TikToks, Reels, memes, and social media posts that make financial topics fun, relatable, and shareable.
• Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of the latest social media trends and viral moments.
• Community Engagement: Interact with the audience in comments, DMs, and stories.
• Influencer Collabs: Identify and connect with influencers who align with the mission of financial empowerment, especially those representing women and underrepresented communities.
• Experiment & Innovate: Test bold and creative campaign ideas.
• Track & Learn: Analyze content performance and make data-driven decisions to improve engagement and reach.

Qualifications:

• Social Media Obsessed: Active user of TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts with knowledge of how to create resonating content.
• Trendsetter: Ability to spot the next big meme, challenge, or trend.
• Creative Storyteller: Ability to turn complex topics (like credit and personal finance) into engaging, easy-to-understand content.
• Tech-Savvy: Experience with video editing apps, Canva, CapCut, or other content creation tools is a plus.
• Curious & Eager to Learn: Enthusiasm to dive into fintech and grow skills at a fast-paced startup.
