Job Description

Specialist, Professional Affairs & Clinical Education Position Overview Responsible for supporting the Professional Affairs & Clinical Education (PACE) initiatives and programs. Provide support to the PACE Operations team and lead elements of the Company’s programs including, but not limited to, Proctoring Programs, Clinical Immersion Programs (CIPs), and Mentorship Programs from a technical, clinical, educational, and administrative standpoint. Establish relationships and work effectively with healthcare professionals, vendors, global sales/marketing/distribution teams, and all cross-functional department associates. Job duties: Build, organize, and help manage suitable objectives, strategies, and tactics for complete execution of PACE initiatives, including control of budgets, developing deadlines, performance standards, and monitoring inter-connected projects with cross-functional teams. Engage with key opinion leaders (KOLs), proctors, or healthcare professionals on program specific initiatives including, but not limited to, proctor engagement, remote proctoring, proctor reverse training, voice-of-customer, and key expert presentations. Manage submission, tracking, and processing of KOL, proctor, or healthcare professional contracts, engagement activities, travel arrangements, and payments for proctor related services and other proctor programs. Support, develop, build, analyze, and manage dashboards for KOLs and physician proctor/HCP training documentation. Assist in developing clinical education materials, presentations, and other support materials with key stakeholders globally. Assist, develop, organize, coordinate, and manage proctor, healthcare professional, and other physician training events involving the Company’s associates and global partners. Facilitate and help manage physician training programs and general PACE team initiatives. Collect, organize, and ensure accuracy of training materials. Provide administrative and operational support to PACE Management team. Prepare surveys and reports as required for PACE programs. Comply with applicable Laws and Regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements as well as demonstrate Ethics and Integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization. Job ID 12670BR Salary Range: $63,88 - $70,352 (Compensation may be higher/lower based on experience, education and skill sets),921 Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum three (3) years of professional project management experience, with a minimum of two (2) years of medical device industry experience. Ability to communicate effectively in a timely, proactive, and professional manner. Excellent organizational, presentation, and listening skills. Capable of effectively interfacing/communicating with physicians and clinical/technical customers, senior staff/executives, cross-functional team members, global sales, marketing, and business partners or distributor organizations. Creative problem-solving skills. Ability to foster teamwork and continuous learning environment. Ability to organize and prioritize work to meet organizational goals. Detail oriented. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Ability to maintain strict confidentiality. Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Teams, Outlook, and Monday.com. Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum three (3) years of professional project management experience, with a minimum of two (2) years of medical device industry experience.
