This Emergency Room nursing position requires strong clinical skills and adaptability during an Epic conversion. The nurse will provide direct emergency care to patients, including assessment, triage, treatment, and stabilization of critical conditions. Responsibilities include managing cardiac monitoring, interpreting and treating dysrhythmias, administering IV therapy, sedation, vasopressors, and ventilator support. Candidates must demonstrate experience with EPIC and Cerner charting systems. No RTO will be approved between September 23 and October 14 due to the conversion period. Nurses must also be able to float to other system facilities if required.
