• Location: Burlington, MA 01805 (Greater Boston area)\n
• Healthcare Setting: Nursing Float Pool – Medical/Surgical Telemetry\n
• Contract Duration: 13 weeks (Start: 11/24/2025, End: 2/21/2026)\n
• Shift: 12-hour rotating shifts (7a-7:30p, 7p-7:30a), 4-week blocks alternating days and nights\n
• Hours: 36 hours per week; guaranteed 72 hours biweekly\n
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Contract\n
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (days: Sat/Sun; nights: Fri/Sat/Sun)\n
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2470-$2540\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license – Massachusetts or compact state\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience\n
• BLS certification (AHA) required\n
• ACLS (AHA) and NIHSS certifications preferred\n
• Level 1 trauma center experience preferred; required if no prior travel nurse experience\n
• Must be separated from BILH for at least 6 months\n
• Ability to pass day-one clinical competency testing\n

\n\nNursing Responsibilities\n

\n
• Deliver high-quality patient care in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit\n
• Float to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units as needed\n
• Manage patient ratios between 1:3-5\n
• Participate in rotating shifts and weekend coverage\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal patient outcomes\n
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with hospital policies\n
