\nHome Health OT-
\nStart Date: ASAP , Compliance takes about 2 weeks
\nShift: 8hr Days
\nRatios: 1:1 (*May visit up to 6 patients per day; 27- 30 productivity points standard based on territory)
\nFirst-Timers Accepted: YES
\nWeekend REQ: Possibly, please discuss in interview
\nIs On-Call REQ?: No Call Required
\nLocals Accepted: Yes

\n Experience Requirements:
\n1 YR of recent Skilled Hospice Experience (at least 1 year within the last 3 years) (will not accept inpatient exp)
\nCase Load: Adult, 4-5 patients per day
\nCerts REQ: BCLS
\nLicense: Must have WA license, NBCOT
\n
\nOASIS REQUIRED
\n
\n Additional Notes:
\nTraveler is expected to have their own transportation.
\nSystem does a good job grouping clients minimizing drive and windshield time.
\nOccasional maximum radius of 100 miles due to territory
\nTimely communication and documentation required
\nDocumentation tools will be provided, and must be returned.
