Treasury Manager - Fully Remote ( Must be located in Minnesota or Western Wisconsin )

We're seeking a Treasury Manager to establish and lead the treasury function for a dynamic, fast-scaling company. This is a highly visible role, reporting directly to the CAO, with flexibility to work fully remote or hybrid based on your preference.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and report daily cash positions across all legal entities
Develop and implement short- and long-term cash forecasting models
Manage daily borrowing and funding needs across subsidiaries
Consolidate unused cash and optimize investment strategies
Evaluate financing and investment risk across banking partners
Monitor and maintain debt covenant compliance and related reporting
Support the development of a currency risk hedging program
Assist in renewing and managing the credit facility revolver
Collaborate with the tax team on international funding and repatriation strategies
Partner with the M&A team to model pro forma leverage on acquisitions
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
Minimum of 7 years of treasury management experience
Strong experience with treasury systems and cash management tools
Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and project management skills
Effective communicator with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and treasury platforms
