Mid-level UX Product Designer

We're on the lookout for a Mid-level UX Designer to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our products. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving our mission to outpace industry leaders in form and function, setting new standards for user engagement and satisfaction. In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers and cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, the UX design team, and go to market teams to transform visionary concepts into captivating, user-centered designs that resonate with a diverse range of users across devices and platforms.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from concept ideation to execution, to create exceptional user interfaces that align with our brand and product vision.
• Apply a deep understanding of user needs, behaviors, and pain points to craft intuitive and accessible design solutions that elevate user experiences across mobile and web interfaces.
• Collaborate with leadership, product managers, engineers, go-to-market teams, and customers to gather insights, analyze user feedback, and translate data into actionable design improvements.
• Create sketches, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design specifications that effectively communicate your design concepts to development teams and stakeholders.
• Champion design process, consistently communicating and educating on best practices, maintaining design systems that ensure a unified visual language and seamless user interactions across all platforms.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design best practices, proactively integrating them into your design approach across information architecture, interaction design, UX research, and UI design.
• Work closely with the UX design team, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and excellence.

Who You Are:

• A strong portfolio demonstrating both UX strategy and polished UI execution, especially across mobile and web platforms.
• 3+ years of proven experience as a UX/UI designer, with cross-platform experience (mobile and web) preferred, and a track record of delivering innovative and successful design solutions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.).
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to balance user needs with business goals.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual, with the ability to articulate design rationale and decisions effectively to cross-functional teams.
• Experience collaborating with developers to implement designs, with a working knowledge of front-end development principles.
• Familiarity with design systems, usability testing, and user research methodologies.
• Demonstrated curiosity about new tools, techniques, and emerging design patterns.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant design-related field or equivalent working experience.
• Experience working with Internet of Things (IoT) devices/products preferred
• Startup experience is a plus
