Are you an experienced warehouse leader ready to take ownership of critical logistics in a dynamic construction environment? We’re looking for a hands-on Warehouse Manager to lead our warehouse operations in Texas, ensuring our field teams get what they need, when they need it. This is a full-time, mid-level management opportunity to make an impact across multiple projects while collaborating closely with our fleet and field teams.

Duties:

• Oversee daily warehouse functions: receiving, storage, inventory control, and shipping
• Maintain an accurate and organized system for tools, materials, and PPE
• Supervise and train warehouse and yard personnel, enforcing OSHA compliance
• Source and procure tools and supplies; manage vendor relationships
• Coordinate tool and equipment logistics with Fleet Manager and field teams
• Assist with vehicle documentation, service schedules, and equipment deliveries
• Track warehouse performance metrics and enter accurate records into systems
• Maintain a clean, safety-compliant warehouse and yard environment

Requirements and Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of warehouse/logistics experience in construction or industrial environments
• Supervisory experience and familiarity with warehouse systems
• Knowledge of construction materials, tools, and PPE
• Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office
• Forklift operation experience (certification needed)
• Valid Driver License; Commercial is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in indoor/outdoor conditions
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience in construction and warehouse layout/design and relocation projects highly valued.
• Proficiency in Spanish highly valued.
