Title: Warehouse Manager

Location: Richmond, VA

Compensation: $70,000-$80,000.00

Tiello has partnered with an established electrical contractor dedicated to delivering high-quality solutions and are seeking a Warehouse Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring efficient processes, and maintaining high standards of safety and quality
  • Strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of logistics, inventory management, and operations management
  • Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping products
  • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to optimize stock levels
  • Coordinate demand planning and production planning to meet customer requirements
  • Manage transportation planning and logistics to ensure timely delivery of goods
  • Utilize transportation management systems to track shipments and manage logistics operations
  • Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure materials management aligns with production needs
  • Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse staff to enhance productivity and performance
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized work environment
  • Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • and work in indoor/outdoor environments
  • Comfortable using inventory tools, apps or systems for logging and tracking materials

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage diverse teams.
  • Experience with construction management software is a plus.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to travel to and oversee job sites as needed.
  • Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 lbs. in field environments.

Additional Information

  • Occasional travel to project sites will be required.
