What You’ll Do: Forecast & Plan : Own your piece of the budget and forecasting puzzle—monthly, quarterly, and annually Analyze Performance : Spot trends, flag variances, and bring meaning to metrics and KPIs Partner Cross-Functionally : Work directly with business leaders to guide smarter, faster decisions Work with Accounting : Collaborate during close cycles to ensure financials align with forecasts Clean the Data Chaos : Organize and validate large datasets to build accurate models and dashboards Drive Efficiency : Help make reporting and recurring work sharper, leaner, and more scalable Report Like a Pro : Build compelling dashboards and presentations using Excel, Power BI, Tableau & more Deep Dive on Costs : Help evaluate total cost of ownership across tech, ops, and other key areas Analytical Thinker : You love solving puzzles, organizing data, and turning numbers into stories Detail-Obsessed : Precision is your superpower—you notice the things others miss Adaptable : You’re calm in chaos and thrive in fast-paced environments Self-Starter : You challenge the status quo and take initiative without being asked Performer Under Pressure : You juggle speed and accuracy like a pro Quick Learner : You’re always picking up new tools, techniques, and frameworks What You Bring: Degree in Finance, Economics, Math, or a related quantitative field 3-5 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or accounting—ideally in tech or financial services Fluency in Excel & PowerPoint; bonus points for Python, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, Anaplan, or Oracle ERP Financial modeling experience?
