The salary range for this position is $105,700 - $132,200 per year based upon a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. SUMMARY

As the Global Marketing Manager, on Ole Henriksen, a top Skincare brand globally, you will be responsible for supporting the Global Marketing Director to help fuel brand love and business growth around the globe. You will be responsible for owning, creating, and executing innovative and cost effective 360 global brand marketing strategies and plans. This role serves as the key strategic marketing partner for Ole Henriksen across regional offices across the globe. The ideal candidate would have 5+ years in marketing, with significant experience in beauty marketing, and experience across all marketing touch points with proven success of developing insightful, impactful marketing campaigns and strategies. Paid social media experience a must.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Champion global marketing strategy internationally with a focus on key regions.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the North American market that align with global objectives. Ensure strategies are data-driven and focused on achieving key performance indicators.
  • Embrace a test-and-learn approach, fostering flexibility with partner teams in a fast-paced beauty marketing environment. Clearly communicate and uphold the approved plan, adapting as needed to align with evolving business needs.
  • Craft clear, comprehensive briefs for all marketing programs-from full campaigns to ad hoc needs-that inspire, empower and align teams at kickoff.
  • Work closely with teams in-region to develop and execute integrated, regionally adapted marketing plans.
  • Focus on PR, Paid Media, Channel Marketing with strategic input on influencer and owned social as it relates to key campaign initiatives.
  • Manage marketing planning and execution for new product launches as well as ongoing core support.
  • Supports the development, adaptation, and deployment of creative assets internationally; Manage localization process as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional partners.
  • Analyze data, new trends and insights; generate ideas based on findings.
  • Help manage marketing budget.
  • Apply a keen understanding of the brand's business, priorities, and overall skincare category.
  • Ensure all marketing activities adhere to industry regulations and best practices.
REQUIREMENTS
  • 5+ years of experience in global marketing on brand and/or agency side
  • BA degree or equivalent experience; retail and international experience preferred (skincare experience strongly preferred)
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about the beauty industry.
  • Experience creating marketing plans that are paid social/digital led. Event activation experience a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of social channels from paid media perspective - Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); ability to deliver strong, polished, effective PowerPoint presentations.
  • Effective relationship-building skills; professional savvy and organizational agility to leverage partnerships across the organization to get work done.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills; ability to anticipate obstacles and also quickly generate alternate solutions/ideas.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional organizational skills; detail-oriented.
  • Strong time management skills; ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.
